1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, configuring, or operating Icelite Anticheat software, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from using the software.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon active subscription or purchase of an authorized license tier, Icelite grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the software on the number of server instances and hardware IDs allocated to your plan.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, modify licensing verifications, or redistribute Icelite binaries without explicit prior written authorization.

3. Service Availability & Cloud Heuristics

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for cloud heuristic servers and license validation endpoints. However, server-side core detection continues uninterrupted even in the event of temporary cloud network outages.
